We are pleased to announce that effective 25 July 2024, all companies that are operating in Iskandar Malaysia, and require Supporting Letters from Approving Agencies/Regulatory Bodies in applying for new and renewal Employment Pass (EP) must submit their applications through the Xpats Gateway platform at https://xpatsgateway.com.my/.
Please check if your company’s address is under Iskandar Malaysia postcodes, which you may check here.
The steps are as per the following:
1.Visit Xpats Gateway > Company Login > Choose IRDA logo
2.Login using XPATNOVA user ID and password
3.Choose required Supporting Agency and create EP application draft
4.Submit and wait for Supporting Letter approval.
Once approved, the application will be automatically routed to the XPATNOVA system, allowing the company to proceed with applying for Employment Pass (EP) approval from IRDA through the XPATNOVA platform.
