Criteria of Expatriate Application
For Expatriate Application
- Holds a proper academic qualifications required for the job.
- Must have relevant work experience
i) Degree & above - 3 Years
ii) Diploma - 5 Years
iii) Certificate - 7 Years
- Must work in a key position and term post such as a managerial, executive, or technical position which requires specific skills.
- Minimum monthly salary
i) RM 5000.00 for Category I and II
ii) RM 3000.00 for Category III
- Employed or currently working for a company situated in Iskandar Malaysia.
For Professional Visit Pass
- Company must be registered with IRDA.
- Expatriate must not be employed by the company.
- Duration does not exceed 12 months.
- Holds a proper academic qualifications required for the purpose of visit.
The review, validation process and recommended decision is under the purview of Iskandar Malaysia Expatriate Committee (IMEC).
