Please be informed that the SSM e-Info purchase function within our system is temporarily unavailable due to an ongoing system upgrade (Middleware 2.0) by Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) on their Information Supply Service Portal.
This is a system-wide issue affecting all service providers connected to SSM's platform, and is not specific to our system.
Expected Resumption Date: 02 August 2026 (subject to change pending official confirmation from SSM)
All other modules and services remain fully operational during this period. Only SSM e-Info related transactions are affected.
